Lesson storage

Drafts, teacher notes and revision history are saved in this browser’s local storage. JSON backups can contain those notes. There is no account or cross-device recovery service. Keep student names, records and sensitive personal information out of the pilot.

AI adaptation and narration

Selecting Adapt with AI sends the source material you entered and relevant lesson content to KIE and its model providers. Suggestions are shown for review before application. Preparing a video sends the explanation narration to KIE’s speech service. Provider handling follows their policies.

Local server processing

Office downloads are generated on the local pilot server. Video jobs retain a frozen lesson, captions and generated media under the project’s artifacts directory. Provider task IDs and request receipts are retained for debugging and cost checks. Removing a browser draft does not remove those server files or downloaded backups.

Activity and deletion

Up to 200 basic events remain in browser storage and are not sent as product analytics. Remove a draft in My lessons, or clear site data to remove browser drafts and snapshots. The pilot operator can remove the corresponding local job files; provider retention is separate.

External services

Reference websites and providers have their own privacy practices. No payment or account system is enabled in this validation build. Generation is closed by default outside the local validation environment.
